Standard Returns – 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be clean and undamaged

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

Lightspeed Discs – 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your disc. If you're not completely satisfied with any Lightspeed Disc Golf brand disc, you're covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Here’s how it works:

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

This policy only applies to Lightspeed Disc Golf brand discs.

The disc must be returned in clean and undamaged condition.

You'll receive a full refund once we receive the disc.
To initiate a satisfaction guarantee return, contact us at info@lightspeeddg.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
You have 30 days from date of purchase to request an exchange. Your item must be clean and unused to request exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
