- Our team of enthusiastic disc golfers tests our discs in various conditions—warm, cold, dry, humid, at high elevations, and at sea level—to ensure accurate flight characteristics.
- We collaborate with other local businesses.
- Our discs are produced with a local injection molding facility.
- The plastic blend we use is unique within the industry.
- We have a strong passion for glow-in-the-dark discs. Our goal is for every disc we sell to be usable in a glow round.

Our Disc Manufacturing Process

Step 1
Initial Design:
We start by free-hand drawing an outline of the desired disc radius.

Step 2
Digital Modeling:
The outline is imported into Fusion 360, where we trace and refine the design.

Step 3
3D Printing:
A 3D printer step file is created and used to print a prototype disc.

Step 4
Prototype Testing:
The printed disc is tested for performance. Based on the results, we make necessary adjustments and repeat the process until we achieve the perfect design.

Step 5
Professional Tooling:
Once the design is finalized, we send the 3D print file to professional tool (mold) makers.

Step 6
Prototype Approval:
We test and approve the prototype disc shipped by the tool makers.

Step 7
Mold Creation:
The approved mold is then shipped to our injection molding facility.

Step 8
Injection Molding:
Our facility fine-tunes the injection molding process to ensure defect-free discs.

Step 9
Production:
With the process dialed in, we begin full-scale production of our high-quality discs.
